论“茶为国饮”的历史依据及现实意义(1)

摘要:当今,不少茶人极力提倡“茶为国饮”,这是一项很有意义的举措。提倡“茶为国饮”的历史依据是:饮茶在中国具有悠久的历史;客来敬茶、以茶会友是中国的传统美德;史料记载和名人论述都表明饮茶有利于健康;国人饮茶历来具有雅俗共享的广泛性。提倡“茶为国饮”的现实意义是:有利于增进国民的身体健康;有利于社会的精神文明建设;有利于密切人际关系,促进国际交流;有利于茶产业的发展与山区农民的致富。本文还提出了提倡“茶为国饮”具体做法的建议。
On the Historic Foundation and Realistic Significance
Of “Tea as a National Beverage”

Abstract: Nowadays, the idea of advocating tea as a national beverage is of great significance. In Fact, “tea as a national beverage” is on the basis of Chinese history. First, drinking tea has a long history in China. Second, it is Chinese traditional virtue to serve guests tea and make friends while enjoying a cup of tea. Third, according to historical records and what some authorities said, drinking tea is good for health. Fourth, it is widespread that tea appeals to both the more and less cultured all through the ages. The realistic significance of “tea as a national beverage” is as follows: helping strengthen national physical health; build socialist spiritual civilization; promote interpersonal relationship, international communication, development of tea industry as well as income level of country peasants. This article also presents some suggestions of how to advocate tea as a nation beverage.
